Youth Development & Peace Japan Network

YDP Japan Network is an informal and inclusive network of youth organizations operating in Japan, and focusing on development and poverty eradication. Now there are 37 member organizations.

Our Mission

1. Create the dialogue for cooperation and the network of youth organizations
2. Provide the opportunity to encourage capacity-building for youth organizations

3. Form consensus view representing Japanese youth and express them

Our Activities

• Youth Dialogue Series :YDS
  Asian youth participants discuss in Bi-monthly video conferencing session. The theme are "Peace and Conflict", "Globalization", "HIV/AIDS", and so on.

• World AIDS Day Series :WADS
  We will build up the AIDS campaign focusing on World AIDS Day.
  

Past Project

• Global Festa 2005 (October 01, 2005)
  We got a booth for PR in Global Festa 2005, that is the biggest international cooperation event in Japan.
